Remove Facebook Pages integration due to app review complexity.

  • Remove Facebook OAuth flow and API endpoints
  • Remove Facebook posting functionality from UI
  • Clean up Facebook-related code and configurations
  • Maintain existing Mastodon, Pixelfed, LinkedIn, and Instagram integrations
